New flags

Would you add flags for other countries like Paraguay, Venezuela etc?




In some leagues symbols are displayed incorrectly



But in Data Miner everything is ok

1. We will add more flags in the next build.
2. Try to use Options -> Misc > Suppress display of diacritic symbols.
