The software has stopped working for the past few days and I am starting to get frustrated with this situation. The feedback gotten from Alex is cryptic and succinct and nothing seems to have been done thus far since I laid a complaint a couple of days ago.
What is going on? Is there any respite in sight to this whole technical mess? I have never experienced this in 8 years of me using this lovely software. A delay is financially dangerous for many of us.
I hope we get a resolution on time.
